About
Built around people, process and performance.
We believe outsourced support should feel like an extension of your own team — not a distant call centre. Our approach combines trained people, structured processes, quality assurance and measurable performance to help growing businesses deliver better customer experiences.
What we believe
Three positions we are not flexible on
Support is an operation, not a headcount
Adding people to a queue does not fix a queue. Recruitment standards, training that can be repeated, supervision, quality review and reporting are what make the difference — and they have to exist before the first shift, not after the first complaint.
Outsourcing should not cost you control
You should know who is on your account, what they are trained on, how their work is reviewed and how they are performing. If any of that is opaque, the arrangement is not working — regardless of what the invoice says.
Claims should be evidenced
We are a new company. Rather than borrow credibility from logos we do not have, we would rather show you the operating plan, the training approach and the quality rubric, and let you judge the operation on its design.
Where we operate
Delivery from India, working your hours
We are direct about this because it matters to how the operation is built, not because it is a price argument.
Our delivery teams are based in India. That gives us access to a deep pool of people who work in English professionally, and a shift structure that can cover a UK morning, a US business day and an Australian afternoon without anyone working a permanent night rotation they did not choose.
What it does not mean is a rotating pool of agents answering scripts for a dozen unrelated brands. Agents are assigned to one account, trained on one product, and supervised by a team lead who owns that account's performance.
Client-facing communication runs on your time zone. Coverage windows are agreed before launch and staffed by shift — we will tell you plainly what a given team size can hold.

No account managers reading from a deck. The first call is with the people responsible for how the operation is built.
