Why us
We don't compete on price alone. We compete on service.
Cost is a reason to look at outsourcing. It is a poor reason to choose a partner. What decides whether this works is whether the operation behind your team is real — and whether you can see it.
Worth asking any partner
Including us
- Who exactly will be on my account, and are they shared?
- What does the training plan cover, and who writes it?
- What share of conversations gets quality-reviewed, and against what rubric?
- What happens in month three when a KPI is missed?
- What notice do I need to give to scale down?
If a partner cannot answer these in specifics, the answer is the answer.
Why us
We don't compete on price alone. We compete on service.
Cost matters, and outsourcing should improve it. But a support operation is judged on what customers experience and what your reporting shows — so that is what we build around.
Customer Experience
We focus on resolving customer needs properly and creating experiences that encourage customers to stay.
Data Protection
Customer information should be handled responsibly. Our processes are designed around confidentiality, controlled access and secure handling practices.
Performance Driven
Teams work against clearly defined KPIs and SLAs agreed with each client.
Scalable Support
Start with a small dedicated team and expand as your support requirements grow.

What we are not claiming
Asansa Solutions is at the start of its story. Being transparent about that is more useful to you than a page of superlatives.
We are a new company.
There are no client logos on this site because we are not going to borrow anyone else's. What we can show you is the operating plan, the training approach and the quality rubric before you commit to anything.
We do not publish a cost-saving percentage.
Savings depend on what you pay today, what coverage you need and how complex your conversations are. A number invented for a website is not a number you can plan against.
We will not quote a satisfaction score we have not earned.
CSAT, resolution rates and quality scores belong to real accounts. Ours will be published when there is a client result behind them and permission to share it.
We will tell you when we are not the right fit.
Very low volume, highly regulated work, or support that cannot be documented yet are all reasons a dedicated team may be the wrong answer for now. We would rather say so on the first call.
Quality assurance
Quality is a process, not a promise
Every support company says it cares about quality. This is the loop that produces it, and the part you should expect to see evidence of.
- Step 01
Sample
A defined share of conversations is pulled for review each period, weighted towards higher-impact contact types.
- Step 02
Score
Reviews use a written rubric covering accuracy, tone, process adherence and resolution — the same rubric you have seen and approved.
- Step 03
Coach
Findings go to the agent and team lead as specific, evidenced feedback, not an aggregate score with no context.
- Step 04
Fix the cause
Repeated findings are treated as a process problem: a macro to rewrite, a policy to clarify, a training module to update.
- Step 05
Report
You see the quality trend alongside the operational KPIs, including where it moved in the wrong direction.
Sampling rates, rubric weightings and review frequency are set per account. High-impact work such as refunds, billing changes or retention conversations is reviewed more heavily than routine updates.
Operating principles
A support partner, not just another vendor.
Outsourcing should not mean losing sight of your own customer experience. Everything below exists so you can see what is happening on your account without having to ask for it.
Dedicated Teams
Your agents work on your account, not across a rotating pool of clients.
Clear KPIs
Targets are agreed in writing before the team goes live.
Regular Reporting
Performance is shared on a set cadence, including the months it dips.
Structured Processes
Training, escalation and quality review are documented, not improvised.
Confidentiality
Access is controlled and limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Continuous Improvement
Quality findings feed back into training and process on a regular cycle.
Next step
Ask us the hard questions on the first call.
Bring the checklist above. We would rather be measured against it now than manage a mismatch later.
