KYC & Customer Verification

KYC fails in two directions. Let the wrong account through and you have a compliance problem; hold up the right one and you have a churn problem. We staff the review queue against the policy your compliance function writes — documents checked, screening hits worked, decisions recorded with the reasoning attached.

Delivered by a dedicated team

What the team handles

KYC & Customer Verification

  • Document verification — identity, address and proof of business
  • Liveness and selfie-match review where your provider flags it
  • Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media hit review against your risk rules
  • Enhanced due diligence packs for higher-risk cases
  • Periodic re-verification and record refresh cycles
  • Escalation to your compliance officer with the file and the reasoning attached

We confirm scope with you during the design stage and write it into the operating plan before the team goes live.

Practical questions about kyc & customer verification

The questions buyers ask once the brochure stage is over.

Who owns the compliance decision?
You do. Your compliance function writes the policy and carries the regulatory responsibility. The team applies that policy consistently and escalates anything it doesn't cover. We're not your compliance officer and we won't be presented as one.
How is the customer data handled?
Least access, inside your systems wherever possible, with the team seeing only the case in front of them. Retention and deletion follow your policy rather than ours — we're a processor here, and the contract says so.
Can you check documents in languages other than English?
It depends on the market and the document set. We'll tell you which languages we can staff to a review standard and which we can't, before you plan around it. A document reviewed by someone guessing at the script isn't a check.
How do you keep verification from blocking good signups?
By treating queue age as a headline metric rather than a footnote. A reviewer who approves nothing is as much of a problem as one who approves everything — they just cost you customers instead of losses. We report decision time and the approval rate on the manual queue alongside accuracy, so both failure modes are visible.
